The season of the timing of the 1st Coming of Christ was given in the prophecy of Daniel. The Messiah would come and be cut off 69 weeks, or 483 years, after the decree to rebuild Jerusalem. When the angel came to Zacharias, the time of the birth of Christ became even more apparent. However, still no man would know the day or hour. The same is true regarding the 2nd coming of Christ. No man knows the day or the hour of His return. However, Paul declares that believers should not be surprised by the timing of the return of Christ as the world shall be. We are not of the night, but of the day. We should be aware of the declarations of the Word of God regarding the timing and climate of the return of Jesus Christ.
